officialjerz: Dumbbell Clean Exercise of the day. This one pretty much killed my legs today. It works gluteus, hamstring, and lower back AT THE SAME DAMN TIME!!! To do this exercise properly make sure you maintain your lumbar curve. You'll explode from a full squat using the force of the explosion to propel the weight up. As the weight is lifted you will shift the weight to your shoulders while simultaneously squating under the weight. After catching the weight, you must stand up to complete the exercise. THIS IS NOT A SIMPLE EXERCISE SO START OFF WITH LOW WEIGHT UNTIL YOU GET USED TO THE MOVEMENT. #happylifting #jerzfit #WTFwarrior
