: My #breakfast today is my #shakeology mixed with 1 yellow💛 container of mixed frozen berries and 1 orange 🍊container of almond butter. For those doing #21dayfix or #21dayfixextreme the purple container is the fruit container. I very rarely eat that much fruit. Only time I will is after a really hard workout. I think one of the keys to losing weight and hopefully keeping it off is finding triggers, wether they be food or emotional ones, that cause us to overeat. For me fruit makes me hungry so I limit it on my non gym days.
