aaronlamey1: After 12 days with bruising and soreness from rolling my ankle I'm able to do some #rowing . It's been a struggle to not be able to fully workout. I'm at about 65% but still putting in work and getting great #crossfit #wods in. I'm just ready to be able to #squat and #olylift again.
