Roxannesfitnessjourney: A few clips from this mornings #sweatsesh ! I did dirty 30 extreme this morning! I love recording my workouts for my personal accountability to share with you all, but I also love it because I can see where my form is truly struggling! If you look at my renegade row push up things in the bottom left my hips are dropping and my form is not good at all. When I do this workout next week I can really focus on improving my form! Also my balance is way off on the bottom right hand video of my one legged squat row things lol sorry I'm not good at remembering what all the moves are called 😂😂💪🏻💪🏻 but I got it done and I know where I can improve next week!! Who else records their workouts for their personal accountability? Do you share them on social media??
