: Jen has been on vaca for awhile so she might be a little rusty on her #flowfriday with the #ultimatesandbag but none is perfect. Based on Jen's goals and her genetic type its better for her to do more light weight cardio type stuff vs heavy strength training. Plus with her dance background she really enjoys this style of working out; plus when you are a busy mom of 3 kids sometimes all you have is 30 minutes to get in and get sweaty and then continue on with your day!
