: #LegDay - All squats this morning finishing with 15 mins on the stairs! I've decided that I'm going to make drop sets my Bi@&h!!! I see nothing but gains coming from this! Leg day number 2 will be my days to work other leg exercises! This week I progressed to be able to do my last sets at 145 (8) reps 3Xs! Last week I could only finish with (6) reps at 145 3Xs!
