nitabee_: In addition to today's workout, my trainer @younamber has started me on a 6 week squat program. I came to her concerned that I was losing all of my booty 😩 I know that what I lost is good bc it was fat, but now I'm determined to replace it all with muscle! Day 1 of the squat challenge was a max PR of 105 on back squat.
