nadinebryantfitness: I am a very competitive, so when I workout my goal is to make it through each move without having to modify or stop. This move on the 21 Day Fix Extreme 10 Minute Hardcore workout has been challenging me since day 1, but I am DETERMINED to conquer it!! I will keep doing this workout until I am able to master it and not have to take a break during the entire minute on each side. I know if I keep training my body, I'll eventually be able to do it!
