: Worked my back squats tonight, went light to get my form in tact. Really hoping to #breakparallel and keep my heels down; focus on keeping my core solid and chest up, with work I'll get to where I need to be.
The #WOD was legit tonight too, 12 EMOM w/ 3 front squats and Max out on ring dips/tricep dips.
