fransilverpt: Another #trunktriple. Today I'm using a fitball/swisball to target my trunk muscles and develop some movement awareness. I'm pre fatiguing my abs with a FITBALL LEG RAISE WITH BENCH SUPPORT - keep and tight and don't let the back arch around the fitball. Second is a FITBALL ROLLOUT - brace the trunk so nothing 'sags' and pause in the long position for more fatigue. Use a mirror if needed to check your form. Lastly, I'm doing a FITBALL KNEE TUCK to practice keeping my lower back neutral and pelvis still. Best to do this side on to a mirror so you can control the movement properly and get visual feedback. 15 leg raise 15 rollouts 15 knee tucks Then rest Repeat 3 times.
