Short Sweet and Effective!!! It's 10 reps in slow 3 point motions then 10 reps as fast as you can go!!! . I am so excited to announce that this program is on sale this month again!!! It is my favorite program so far that I have done with beachbody and I have had some awesome results!! I love this program so much that I am almost finished with week 5 of my 2nd round!!!
