: Day 6 of 25 Days of Fitmas. I've been sick all week, so I've missed a few days of workouts. I think the culprit of my stomach issues maybe a lactose intolerance, but I'm still trying to figure it out. However, I'm starting day 3 dairy free and I'm feeling a little better.
