CoachCash: #bodybeast week 10 day 5 #armday After adding the stability ball to my workout yesterday, I could really feel my core muscles screaming. Probably the only time I have felt some kind of result from working my core. Today's spotlight exercise is the #skullcrusher. It's a drop set of 15-12-8-8 reps with a weight increase after each set.
