paleonourish: Fear ... we all have a fear (or two or three) and one of mine is the box jump. It's all in my head. The worst that can happen is that I might fall off or get bloody shins. So what. I finally conquered jumping on the short side of the box today but just could not quite get my mind to conquer the higher side. I'm irritated at myself but next time it's going to happen.
