sarahlreuter: Max Out Strength...oh my gosh, I think I'm dead. I was nervous going into this workout because it was my first time doing it. I honestly really loved the workout. I've never pushed my body SO hard to get through a workout before. In starting to understand how to engage my core to not only strengthen it but to help out with other moves (like push ups). I've come a long way since I started this program, and I'm excited to see how much further I will go over the last three weeks! #IMaxedOut at 6:09
