jimromig: Here's the little "Stay Square, Get Strong" routine I have been playing with in an attempt to get a little bit stronger and a lot less imbalanced (you think the two could be related?!?!). Shooting for 2-3 times per week. 4-6 slow and clean reps per drill, per side, with a pause at the end ranges of motion.
