: Jungle Gym Spartan Training Week 6 of 11 We started off with a long foam roll and stretch session. The workout: 100 yard fire hose drags followed by 30 firehose slams. Three rounds total. 1 mile run to the nearest parking garage. Run up the parking garage. Three rounds of five flights of stairs up and down. Run down the parking garage, a mile back to the hoses.
