Roxannesfitnessjourney: Workout number 2 from this morning was #CIZE #fullout !! This one is still a work in progress but by Friday I should hopefully have it down!! CIZE Day 10 #doubleworkouts day 10 complete!! I have been feeling really good since I started doubles and I don't feel like I'm over doing it at all! I'm actually waking up and looking forward to my workouts!! I think a big piece of that is that they are fun believe it or not.... I used to dread going to the gym because it seriously wasn't fun for me, this is!!! I'm looking for 2 more people who want to #cizeitup with me in December!
