kristinwatkins16: I know I have been MIA for the past month, but I'm still working it out! 😊 I have been super busy with church, family, lessons, enjoying the weather, and life! I have been working out still and running 3 days a week. My eating had been indulgent at times, so I have only lost a pound or 2. BUT, i am super happy that I could enjoy a Philly cheesesteak or homemade bread and butter and not go overboard or gain, so I'll take it!!😊 I am just getting back to the losing mode, I have a goal for my wedding anniversary that is in one month! 😱I started 21 day Fix Extreme today, HOLY COW I was sweating as bad as my 5k race Saturday that was in 82 degree weather!😎 So this program is a workout video everyday for 21 days. Each video is 30 minutes which I LOVE! This version of 21 day fix is EXTREME. There is a regular that I am going to do as well, but I want to reach my goal as soon as I can!πŸ’ͺ🏼 I am still running 3 days a week and preparing for that half marathon next month!!
