janaleemorris_: My form might need some work BUT I set a new PR for myself. At the beginning of May I suffered an injury in both my feet. I had/have inflamed ligaments which landed me in physio and out of the gym for 6 weeks. Until last week I wasn't able to deadlift because it was the one thing that would trigger my injury again. Right before becoming injured I could only lift 205lbs. First day back and I got 225lbs up. I have a long way to go but it's so nice to see progress after so much back tracking!
