sarahlreuter: Oh my gosh! I can't believe I'm already starting week 4 of Insanity Max:30! Today I pushed to the max, made it further than I ever have. Those pike up-lunge things kill me every time, but thankfully I figured the move out so I'm at least doing them correctly now! I am very thankful I modified the last 2 workouts last week because I was able to push through and modify less today. I also felt stronger and had less pain! Wins all around! Also! See how many times you can go from a squat touching the floor up to chair pose in 30 seconds, and repeat 3 times. You'll feel it in your quads and lower abs!
