: Absolutely! Part 1 of the Ab Series. Give this a try with a circle or a small ball (or even a small pillow if that is all you have- ps you can also imagine holding a ball 😀) - 1st exercise has 5 sets reaching over the right knee then switch to the left knee. Get the head down as fast as you can when you reach back and anchor your ribs down with your abdominals! You will feel the challenge after 5 reps.
