donbadsha: Saturday Morning TOYF : Pleasant morning with less humidity 4 showed up at the Hills Track for the Saturday Morning Long Run TOYF comprise of Fay Al-Saadeoun, Kwadjo Adusei-Poku, Ghassan Zahdan and Myself. We ran the usual route then Felson Padua Cabanglan joined us near hills park, we did a loop at old Golf Course and the stopped for water, we all went up to the Mary's hill and did a loop from there Kwadjo, Felson & Kwadjo took off Myself and Ghassan went to towards the hospital- East Perimeter - AAA- Rub Al Khali and the back to Hills track completing 12 miles. The weather was good until 1st 6 mile and then it started to get warmer and warmer.
