nitabee_: Skipped the warmup today bc of time constraints, but still got plenty of stretching in. Lately I will admit I've been slacking on my nutrition. I've been resorting to my old ways of drinking a little too frequently and binging on queso. That gets back on track starting today. I haven't been able to give it my all through my workouts and it has become more than apparent. Consistency is key. 🔑
