fitasianmom: On September 13, I recommitted myself. I promised myself that I would put my goals as #1 and TOP PRIORITY! I'm proud to say that I've only missed two days since I made that oath to myself and today to celebrate, instead of celebrating with a cheat meal or booze like I would've earlier in the year, we celebrated by doing a double workout. Upped my weights since I did Build Back & Bi's on October 2 and am one step closer to becoming a MASTER in preparation for #HammerandChisel that launches on December 1.
