: Seated Oblique Crunch (45lb weight optional👍🏾) I like to use one hand to add more contraction to the obliques but you can use two hands. Hold bar tightly and pull forward bringing your elbow to your knee Keep the muscle contracted by staying in the crunch position and squeeze. Don't go back into a full upright position until set is complete! Set of 4 10-15 reps each side. Alternate sides when needed.
