: #MotivationMonday I hit another 5 lbs added to my #deadlifts but struggled after hitting that one rep 😤 My goal is to hit 150# which is very small but honestly I'm only 110 lbs so no rush 🤗 Great news! I was talking to a personal trainer and they checked my #bodyfatpercentage and BOOM I had dropped 2% 🎉🎉🎉. My goal is 15% BF soooo I'm on cloud nine now. Moral of the study, lifting helps burn fat more than just cardio 👍🏽
