Bpi Strawberry Oatmeal Protein Bake ππ

Ingredients:
* 1.5 cups of bpi vanilla caramel whey-HD protein powder
* 2 cups of old-fashioned oats
* 1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 2 tsp cinnamon
* 2 cups sliced strawberries
* 2 cups almond milk
* 1 large egg
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
Recipe:
Preheat oven to 375 deg. Mix all dry ingredients in large bowl. Stir in wet ingredients until all incorporated. Fold in 1 cup of strawberries. Pour into pre-sprayed pan. Place remainder of strawberries on top, do not press them into batter. Bake for 40-45 min or until golden brown. Enjoy! It tastes 1000x better after sitting in the fridge so that all the yummy flavors can blend together!
