tiffsfitness_: RDL's (Romanian deadlifts) one of my favorite hamstring exercises! Start by pushing the hips back then slightly bending the knees, bringing the weight down using your hamstrings NOT your back. Keep your back and core tight, chest and shoulders out. Go just low enough to feel that stretch in your hamstrings! You also want a neutral spine so head should be in line with your spine, I get carried away sometimes LOL!
