: Killed my workout! Decided to go since I was feeling a little better. I did the best I could and managed to finish 2 rounds of each & 15 minutes of cardio. I know it says 30 minutes but I spent so much time on my arms, back & abs that I lost track of time .. I also noticed today that my legs looked a lot leaner than they did 3 weeks ago!
