Haven't done front squat with #barbell in a loooooong timeππ½ Thankfully I still got up 265lbs π₯π₯π₯π₯ felt good but I like my #ultimatesandbag #burly better ππΎ. Anyway used my blue #bforcebands for arm curls and did grip curls with the #ultimatesandbag πͺπΎπͺπΎπͺπΎπͺπΎπͺπΎ veins were popping son! As a finisher I took the #sled out for some hi/lo pushes #heartrate was up took #maximumeffort #deadpool style
