My mid-section needs more work than I realized... Luckily tomorrow is ab day and #hammerandchisel catch up day! Day 3 of T25 for me and I need to keep my butt down!!! My form is not great, but to be expected just starting off! Didn't particularly want to workout today after my lil day trip, but I have this awesome gym to try out and it's really hard to justify skipping a 25 minute workout!!! 💦 Who else got their Friday workout in?! 🙋🏻
