: One of my favorite ways to improve: work on your goal every single day. You think your legs are an area of an improvement? Train your legs every single time you work out. Want to be more flexible? Do 30 mins of yoga every morning when you wake up. Want to be able to do a pull-up? Do as much as you can every time you walk under the pull-up bar in your doorway. It's simple, but that doesn't mean it's easy!
(Also, don't mind the bright green kinesio tape, it's like my sports injury version of a batman band aid haha) 🤕
