: Can't do burpees yet? Don't stress neither could I when I started out!! I found even a couple were more than my back could handle what with my complete lack of abs after baby. Here are the first two modifications I did before I could do a burpee. At first I would just step out into a plank position then step back in to the squat making sure I kept my feet the same width apart as my hands. I did them that way for the first two weeks of pretraining. Then I switched so I was jumping just one way and did that for the second two weeks of pretraining. You will want to gradually introduce real burpees - just a couple at a time is fine. Then switch back down to a modification of you have to. By my sixth week of Kayla (week 2) I could do ten full burpees (without push up) no problem. Stick with it. It will come. You've got this ladies!!! (Let me know if there are other exercises you struggle with and I can show you how I did them.) . . . . . #bbgbeginners #bbgnewbie #bbg #bbgcommunity #bbgmums #bbgmum #bbgover30 #bbgmotivation #transformation #bbgtransformation #kaylaitsines #kaylasarmy #sweatwithkayla #bbgsisters #bbglondon #postbabybody #postpartumfitness #fitness #bbgmodifications #bbgsupport #bbglondon #thekaylamovement #bbgweek11 #bodytransformation #fitness #fitnessjourney #burpees
