pearbear9: Here's a little tip I thought that I would share with you guys today. If you don't have a pull-up bar or simply can't do pull-ups, use a resistance band! Keep your form as close to you would while doing a pull-up and you will feel the effects. Is it exactly the same? No, but it is a fantastic substitution for anyone with limited equipment and if you are working on building up to pull-ups. Don't let small things stand in the way of you completing your workout!
