taymadefit: Per request of @clairjones here are a couple oblique exercises I do. (You can laugh at my face expressions in first video 😂😂😊) Each exercise I do 20reps & 4-5sets. I don't train obliques too much anymore as some of the feedback from judges were (lay off obliques. Haha) 🙈🙈I take it as a compliment. However in the competition world you learn & grow from judges feedback so little oblique work is where I am at now.
