: Tonight's workout was tough. I was tired and wish I would have got up in the morning to get it done. I almost didn't do it. So glad I did. I love my new Polar watch as a gift from my amazing coach for hitting goals in my health and fitness business. I burned over 300 calories in less than 45 minutes, at home! And I was a sweaty mess!
