: Took both kids to the box today. Manu is feeling a lot better thank god. Spend an hour at the mobilitywod working on the posterior chain. Then I went downstairs to do some deadlifts and squats. Ended with a 5 rounds 5 reps with 100kg. It funny that 105kg was my 1rm with belt 7 months ago. Now I’m lifting almost the same without belt on barefeet for 5 reps and rounds! #stoked Then did a couple of rounds of squats in a 5 rep scheme went up to 70kg just to move a little. Nothing too heavy but it did feel heavy after those deads. #lovetosquat When we came home it was time for the first meal of the day, so I had to do 50 pushups.
