mountida_cheerleading: There are no words to describe the couple moments we had at tonight's practice. Taylor, has been cheering for years, who has had a fear of flipping backwards, over came that fear! Performing baby steps with guidance and then finally flipping into the pit on her own- she has been working for this moment and I cannot be more proud of her for trusting me and helping her work through her fear!! Ethan, my baseball and basketball player, has impressed me and surpassed all of my expectations these past few weeks. I have no words to describe the appreciation that I have for him as a Coach. He works hard in the gym, in the classroom and he is taking private lessons on his own for gymnastics. His perserverance is truly amazing. I cannot be more proud of him! It takes a lot of strength and technique to toss these girls in the air, unassisted, and he accomplished it in such a short period of time. I am so proud of these two, they have been improving in some aspect every practice and I can only hope that this is momentum for the next few months, not just for themselves, but for us as a team.
