Roxannesfitnessjourney: Sooooo that just happened lol 😂😂😂 OMG but seriously it was so much fun and I burned just under 500 calories from dancing!!!! This workout almost didn't happen today though because I was having some technical difficulties... I use my DVDs for this workout instead of BOD and my DVD and my laptop were not getting along grrrr so frustrating. I almost gave up but then thought how I haven't missed a day of #CIZE yet and I don't plan on starting today so I found my cleaning wipes I use on my glasses, wiped down my DVD and bam it worked!!! So glad I didn't give up and skip it today!! I have a long way to go before I can master this one but until then it is a great workout and lots of fun!! I shared 3 different versions of how the last part of the dance goes according to my non rhythmic moves 😂😂😂 want more info on how you can #cizeitup and #dancethepoundsaway ?
