Here I'm finishing my workout with a #fullbody stretch. Starting in a sitting #kunge position stretching my #quadriceps pulling it toward while reaching for the sky with my #back straight then pulling down bringing my left arm to the outside of my right #leg and twisting my #torso as much as I can still keeping my back erect and taking it further back to my left side. This will also create great #posture. Stretching is truly #essential and necessary, it will help prevent injury as it keeps those #joints and #muscles ready.
