Thanks for demonstrating, my brotha 😁👊🏽 From the kneeling position and a forearm down, he is "pinching" the mat between his knees, balls of feet, and forearm with the other arm extended out at shoulder level. Keep the spine long, hugged, and straight throughout the movement, not allowing the top of the head veer away from the rolling shoulder. Elbow stays locked. Reach through fingers as you roll over the wrist and rotate the thumb up to the ceiling, then repeat as the shoulder rolls forward.
