ryan_yng: When a guy decides to make something for lunch. Not sure what to do with the leftover caviar and dill from the previous recipe? Mini pikelets with smoked salmon, creme fraiche and caviar. Ingredients: Smoked salmon (Tassal) Mini pikelets (homemade or ready made) Creme Fraiche (Bulla) Lumpfish Caviar Fresh dill, chopped (may replace with chopped spring onions) Black pepper, whole grounded Preparation (5 - 10 mins): Mix chopped fresh dill with creme fraiche and add a pinch of black pepper and mix lightly. Store in refrigerator to maintain firm consistency. Place pikelets onto serving board (slightly warm) Place smoked salmon on to pikelets forming a slight raised posture. Using a teaspoon, place 3/4 teaspoon of prepared creme fraiche onto salmon/pikelets. Then add 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of caviar on top and sprinkle some fresh dill above.
