Set timers for 50:10:30:10. 50 sec is your cardio either jumping rope like I did or high knees or if you want burpees ! 10 sec rest periods and 30 seconds of the exercises shown. Here are your 30 sec of work : 1. Half burpee + push-up 2. 2 in and out abs and 2 Jack Pushups 3. Ski ab R , ski ab L, and 2 spider push-ups r&l 4. One arm plank R and front and side raise L 5.
