: Yesterday's workout...Day 8 of Hammer & Chisel~ Chisel Cardio. I am lovinggg this program so far, and already seeing results in just one week...between the workouts and meal plan, it's almost impossible not to! I hardly ever use weights because I prefer body weight and resistance exercises, but do I like to switch it up sometimes to see what my body is capable of 🏋🏼. It's a great balance to my Megaformer workouts, allowing me to work both my fast-twitch and slow-twitch muscle fibers, creating stronger and more well-developed muscles 💪🏼. #hammerandchisel #getitdone #nogymnoproblem
