csullyxo: #WorkoutWednesday #WorryFreeWednesday I have had a lot of people recently make comments such as "You don't need to loose anymore weight", "Are you still trying to loose weight? You're thin enough." "Don't get too skinny now." One, this is a little frustrating to me because I've worked really hard to be where I am today. Really hard. Two, working out is about SO much more than just weight loss at this point. At the beginning of my journey, yes, that was my primary goal. But my goals and priorities have shifted along with my accomplishments. Today I workout to relieve anxiety, stress, and feelings of sadness. I workout to let myself feel good, to feel strong, and to be healthy. So when people say "you're addicted to exercise" or "you're obsessed with working out"... Well I guess there could be a lot worse things in life, right? I'm okay with that- I know that I do this for myself.
