: Had a humbling experience this weekend. I had the great opportunity to spend some time with some pretty amazing foster children at the Carrie Steele-Pitts Home In Southwest Atlanta. I had no idea what to expect. These "children" range from 12 to 20 years old and despite their situation, their spirits were filled with nothing but joy and gratitude. These kids aren't looking for pity, just an opportunity. 90% of the time children don't put themselves in a losing situation. That typically comes from the hands of their parents. For which ever reason these great kids were delivered to the Carrie Steele-Pitts Home, they are there trying to better themselves and future. Handouts are the last thing they ask for. Direction, love and opportunity is the greatest gift these kids could receive. This video is of two 12 year old girls in foster care, who wanted to show us old folks some of the new hottest dance moves. Look closely. No sadness here. These kids are taking ownership of their future, and I plan to help them. #givethanks
