: I'm switching it up a bit. I typically do legs on Monday however, I've got the next five to seven days of bloating and cramping👹so I wanted to work on the stomach area! This workout was intense! I was messing around with some exercises, utilizing this ball (had to brush the dust off of it). These exercises are great in targeting both stomach (especially lower and obliques) muscles and lower back muscles (I mention these areas because that's where I really felt the burn) I did 4 rounds --> 10 reps each. (Note: top left - 1 rep = raise ball with hands, grab with feet, lower, bring back up to hands, lower legs). If the ball is not available, a good alternative (for the two right exercises) is to put a towel below your feet (carpet flooring won't work) and practice the same motion. An alternative for the two left exercises would be to utilize ankle weights and/or a pillow (to pass from hands to feet and feet to hands (get creative) and follow the same motion.
