Sitting too long causes tons of different problems throughout the body. 1)Sitting too long causes your Butt muscles to shut off/become under active/ tight/stiff/Trigger points/basically not activate properly. 2)Shortens hamstrings 3)Shortens hip flexors 4)Stiffens Thoracic spine 5)Tightens Pec muscles which pulls shoulders forward 6) Restricts your breathing amongst other things you get my point. #GetOnUp😎 The exercise video on the Left Clam shells:(Pump life back in your Glutes) This is another exercise that people often perform wrong. Put your back fully against the wall place band above the knee, as you open your knee please keep your heels locked together. 📍Make sure your backs flat against the wall it's so your hips (Lumbar Spine)can't rotate.
