: It’s our attitude at the beginning of a difficult task which, more than anything else, will affect it’s successful outcome. – #WilliamJames #Attitude is a trait that have struggled with, and a lot more lately. I've struggled with anxieties and depression (who hasn't really??) because I've been broken down so much while growing up. I have anxieties on how people perceive me and if they judge me. Again, who hasn't had that thought???And you're suppose be like, "Boo screw you, I don't care what you think about me." But a person with an anxiety disorder cannot process that in their head. In order to find happiness, we need to put out our best attitude in any situation we're in whether it's good or bad. I come to realize that every situation I have been in was not as bad as the ones before it. I'm better where I'm at now than 5 or 10 years ago. You could say that I wasn't grateful for those itty bitty doses of happiness I gained. My #attitude does improve when I'm working out. I have all my attention and focus only on myself. It's my therapy. It's my goal to become a stronger person than I was yesterday. I'm nervous but excited to see where I'll improve in fitness and my wellness. Before I was a 145 lbs girl that can only jog for a few minutes. Now I'm a 110 lbs girl that can lift more than I weigh. Dream big guys and put your best attitude and #bestself out there!
